Marina Sol condo A307 is the BEST... Location, Condo, Beach, walk to marina & downtown! Very nice, fully furnished & appointed 2 bdrm, 2 bath unit for 4 ppl that sleeps 6-7. Elevators, main building, NICE! recently added queen sofa sleeper/chaise lounge, bar style table on terrace over looking pool, restaurant, courtyard w/6 adjustable bar chairs with backs.

Very SAFE (much of Cabo is safe) 4-5 minute walk to the famous Medano beach from this quiet, 96 condo, 2 building/2 pools, complex. It is occupied by many owner occupants so please respect the development and neighbors.
Vaca ready w/few add'l touches as this is the owner's personal condo for the winter & other various trips to see his buddy Sammy play at Cabo Wabo! 
Beach view from terrace, gr8 location, close, secure parking, if needed. Next to elevator/stairs-EASY, fast access!
Again--2 POOLS, 5 min walk to water's edge of the famous, beautiful beach & resorts!
Nice! Efficient! Quiet! and in Paradise!
Small child items such as booster seats, maybe stroller, and such.

The condo is fully furnished with everything you need for a great holiday. Full TV service, near Costco, Wal-Mart, Fresko stores, 1 1/2 minute walk to highway/public transportation if needed? Great community pool and clubhouse with a work-out facility. 

Again, Only the 7 days/nights specified are available for renting. $300/night ($2,100 for the week plus $150 cleaning fee, $300 USD refundable deposit.

They will also possibly rent their Honda van?
